How Brievly works
Brievly turns a photo of a paper letter into a clear summary: who sent it, what it means, what you need to do, and by when. Snap a letter, wait a few seconds, and you'll get the summary plus any deadlines.
- Snap — photograph the letter (multiple pages are fine).
- Understand — read the plain-language summary, translated into your language.
- Act — add deadlines to your calendar, ask follow-up questions, or draft a reply.
Scanning tips
If a scan doesn't come out well, these usually fix it:
- Lay the letter flat on a dark, non-shiny surface.
- Make sure the whole page is in frame and in focus.
- Avoid glare and harsh shadows.
- For a multi-page letter, add every page before you analyse it.
Your privacy & data
Your mail is yours. Brievly is hosted in the EU and never uses your letters to train AI. You can read the full Privacy Policy at brievly.app/privacy.
You can delete a single letter, or your whole account and all its data, from inside the app at any time. The steps are at brievly.app/delete-account.
